This is the worst place that I have ever bought from. I paid for the item August 4th 2020. It is now December 14th 2020. The seller keeps insisting it was delayed because of the pandemic and it is still on its way. It is now 130 days since it was bought. The tracking number was never recorded by Canada Post Office. All this store ever does is make a different excuse continuously for more than 3 months of why it is still delayed. This store cannot be trusted. they cannot offer an explanation why they're tracking says it was delivered when obviously it is impossible or it would be exist in the Canada Post tracking system.
I never received this item. The November dispute was cancelled because the store said they wanted to settle it together. Then they did nothing and just asked me to wait again and again. In December the same thing happened and because my buyer protection was about to expire I made a new dispute. Again the store did nothing and said to wait longer in early December. I then made a new dispute in December which I cannot find at this point. I spend hours putting together evidence and videos providing all the evidence that was required to prove that AliExpress did not look at my proof in November. Even though I cancelled the dispute to let the store work with me, AliExpress stepped in and ignore the evidence evidence that proved that the person never arrived in the Canada Post Office. Hopefully it is still being processed.
