MISERABLE seller!! I am a continuous/yearly Diamond buyer on Aliexpress and NEVER have I encountered a lousy and crooked conduct by a seller AND an Aliexpress representative like this one and this case! I wasted $26 USD worth of coupons on this parcel but the seller NEVER shipped it to me, claiming irrationally it was "held by the (Chinese...) customs"...!! Then Aliexpress SUPPOSEDLY "friendly" customer service representative told me that she will warn the seller and demand him to resend the parcel immediately to me (because I had told her that I wanted the product NOT a refund) but INSTEAD she opened a dispute for me, WITHOUT me asking her to do so, and thus the order was cancelled and now I will NEVER get it as I wanted!
