Very very low quality !! As you can see there is no printing on the IC's and resistor pins contain iron, one Capacitor wrong 1uF must be 10Uf. TL081 works out of specs so you need luck to get it working ( 24V AC you get about 31 to 36V DC after rectify an flattened + -5.1V so TL081 must handle at least 31+5.1=36.1V and data sheet max=35V)! In my case the over current led stayed on an when drawing a little bigger current about 1,5A it killed the 2SD1047 and that took the .47 resistor with him (I did use a large heat sink) . For use with a transformer <20V or replace the TL081 with a TLE2071 it will most likely work good. Sure you must take in account that 3A x 30V=90W (lots of heat I think a little to much for 1 2SD1047) Communication with seller difficult.
